Internship/Position Summary: The Technical Consultant Intern will assist the Technical Consultants department in various customer projects and support routine operations involving various Mobile Network Operator, OEMs and eSim products. Duties & Responsibilities: - Help with TC team Projects, CRs etc Data Collection and processing in meaningful reports - Supporting G+D Cloud products management and enhancement of documentation - Basic troubleshooting on customer projects under TC observation. - Add features/enhance to G+D IoT Device code for customers. - Develop requirements documents and specifications for software applications - Help to migrate and maintain documentation in Confluence – Product config, Customer Data - Other projects as assigned - Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may be changed or assigned at any time with or without notice. Requirements Qualifications and Skills: Current college students accepted in Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program (but not yet completed).
