Position Summary: The Credit Analyst supports the bank's commercial lending efforts by providing detailed financial analysis and credit underwriting for commercial loan requests. This role works closely with Relationship Managers to assess credit risk and ensure loan structuring in line with the bank's credit policy. Essential Duties: - Analyze financial statements, tax returns, cash flow statements, and business plans for new and existing commercial clients. - Prepare thorough credit memorandums with risk ratings, loan structuring recommendations, and collateral evaluations. - Compare liquidity, profitability, and efficiency ratios of establishments being evaluated with those of similar establishments in the same industries and geographic locations. - Keep abreast of industry, economic, and market trends that may impac...
