Market Range: 18 Hiring Salary: $8,964.74 - $12,550.63/Monthly: JOB SUMMARY/ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: The Office of Compliance resides within Human Resources and is under the leadership and responsibility of the Associate Vice Chancellor (AVC) and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). The Director of Compliance and Title IX Coordinator reports to the AVC and CHRO with a dotted reporting line to the Executive Vice Chancellor and Chief Operating Officer. The Director leads the Office of Compliance and provides strategic leadership and oversight for the UT Health Science Center's compliance with federal and state civil rights laws and University policies prohibiting discrimination, harassment, and related conduct. The Director manages the department's budget, ensuring that human and financial resources are properly administered for maximal outcomes. The Office of Compliance is responsible for overseeing and implementing UT Health Science Center's mission of maintaining compliance with Title IX, Title VII, Title VI, ADA, Section 504, and other civil rights-related regulations and policies.
