THE JOB: The ADA Accommodations Specialist is responsible for administering the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accommodations program for an assigned property and/or business unit. This role supports the consistent implementation of standardized policies, procedures, and best practices related to the ADA accommodation process, with a focus on operational efficiency, compliance, and exceptional employee service. The specialist partners closely with Property Human Resources, Corporate Legal, Workers’ Compensation, and Leave of Absence teams to coordinate accommodation requests and ensure clear, timely communication with both employees and management regarding short- and long-term ADA accommodations.
