Provide world class services to internal and external guests and provide information on the resort and amenities. Ensure the safety and security for guest and internal vehicle keys. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Maintain traffic flow by directing guests and closing lanes as needed. - Complete all valet tickets. - Professionally greet and assist arriving guests; open vehicle doors for arriving guests. - Use proper scripting with guests as trained. - Maintain security and organization of keys; enter all information into the CVPS software system. - Retrieve guest keys ensuring claim number matches number on keys. - Assist guests needing help with wheelchairs and luggage using a bell cart when required. - Maintain proper radio etiquette when paging guests. - Dispatch information to transit drivers in a professional manner. - Remai...
