Description Burkentine is growing and as a result we are looking for a Community Manager to join our dynamic team. The Community Manager is responsible for directing and overseeing all operational activities at the property level. The Community Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of an assigned property, including managing the team members, daily activities, and resources of the property to achieve established budgeted financial and operational goals and ensure that the operation of the property complies with Company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other laws and regulations governing multi-family housing operations. Requirements: Personnel: - Screen, hire, train, coach and develop on-site staff. - Train staff on best practices in compliance with Burkentine standards. - Create and maintain staff schedule and assignments. - Document and handle effectively any performance concerns and work with HR to terminate when necessary. - Ensure compliance with any and all Burkentine policies and procedures.
