Amentum is seeking a Deputy CE Site Superintendent at Creech Airforce Base. Purpose and Scope: Reporting to a CE Site Superintendent for a geographical region , supervises a staff of union employees in Alarms, HVAC/HRAC, plumbing, carpentry, structural ironworkers, wireman, laborers, power production, operators, plumbers, facility maintenance coordinators. Assures the optimal functioning of building systems including mechanical, fire/life safety, lighting, etc. Manages personnel for facilities repair/renovation/construction projects; Employs personnel in a SMART Team Concept, covering a specific geographical site or sites to ensure all routine preventative maintenance checks are accomplished while maintaining the ability to immediately respond to emergency facility maintenance requirements. Ensures all contractor facility requirements are met, in accordance with PWS. Coordinates and supports all customer project requirements, managing customer priorities.
