What You’ll Do at Grey Interiors We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Purchasing Director to support our purchasing and procurement operations within a fast-paced commercial drywall environment. This role will work closely with the Purchasing Director, project managers, and field teams to ensure timely procurement of materials, cost control, and efficient vendor coordination across multiple projects. - Assist in managing the procurement process for drywall materials, metal framing, insulation, fasteners, and related construction supplies - Solicit and analyze vendor quotes to ensure competitive pricing and favorable terms - Maintain and develop relationships with suppliers and manufacturers - Support contract negotiation efforts and monitor vendor performance - Coordinate with project managers and superintendents weekly to forecast material needs and delive...
