Position Details: Position Purpose: The Assistant Director of Advancement – Intercollegiate Athletics advances UTampa Athletics through strategic fundraising, corporate sponsorship development, donor cultivation, and stewardship. The position manages a portfolio of annual giving, mid-level, and emerging major gift prospects, supporting student-athlete scholarships, program enhancements, capital projects, corporate partnerships, and team priorities. The role works directly with the Associate Vice President for Advancement, Corporate Partnerships & Central Development Units and collaborates closely with the UTampa Athletic Director / Vice President of Athletics to align fundraising and sponsorship strategies with Athletics and University priorities.
