Company: Allegheny Health Network Job Description: GENERAL OVERVIEW: This job functions as administrative liaison between staff, patients, physicians, families, other hospital departments, and outside agencies. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum - Facilitates the patient flow process while ensuring quality patient care in a cost effective manner. (25%) - Assists in human resource activities such as interviews, evaluations, disciplines. (10%) - Directs patient care activities including quality/performance initiatives and proper staff assignments. (25%) - Performs the job duties of the staff RN. (20%) - Establishes, monitors and adheres to annual operating budget. (10%) - Maintains consistent readiness and ensures department compliance for regulatory agencies.
