Technical Support Intern 迪门 实习 生产 / 制造 / 加工 - 汽车销售与服务 27届暑期实习生项目（提供转正机会） 职位描述1. Support technical inquiries from markets and assist in troubleshooting basic issues 2. Coordinate with internal teams (quality, engineering, sales) to help resolve customer cases 3. Assist in analyzing system data (e.g., DMS) and identifying common issues 4. Support preparation of technical materials (e.g., bulletins, manuals, training content) 5. Help organize and update technical documentation (repair manuals, wiring diagrams, etc.) 6. Assist in quality investigations and follow-up on field issues职位要求1. Currently pursuing in Automotive Engineering or related field 2. Basic understanding of automotive systems / EVs is a plus 3. Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail 4. Good communication skills in English (written & spoken) 5. Able to work in a team and handle multiple tasks 投递
