Associate Director/Director, Oncology Algorithm & Data Products

POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a product leader to drive the development of oncology diagnostic algorithms and data products powered by next-generation sequencing and large-scale clinico-genomic datasets. This role will focus on identifying high-value product opportunities and leading the development of algorithm-driven solutions that support cancer detection, disease monitoring, biomarker discovery, and drug development. The ideal candidate brings strong product management experience in oncology diagnostics or genomics, with the ability to translate complex scientific and data capabilities into clinically meaningful and commercially successful products. This leader will work closely with bioinformatics, data science, clinical, and commercial teams to guide products from concept through validation and commercialization, helping expand Natera’s impact across precision oncology and biopharma partnerships.
