What you’ll do: Facilities Maintenance & Repairs: - Perform general repairs across multiple sites, including: - Drywall, patching, and painting - Tiling and basic masonry - Shelving and equipment installation - Floor repairs and upkeep - Exterior maintenance (roofs, gutters, landscaping) Preventative Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance on building systems: - HVAC - Plumbing - Electrical - Identify issues early and prevent costly breakdowns Site Operations Support: - Travel between 1 - 4 sites t...
