Position Title: House Person: Immediate Supervisor: Executive Housekeeping Manager: Major Function: - Responsible for the proper cleaning of rooms, halls, offices, and all public spaces; light maintenance duties and servicing guest needs. Essential Functions: - Provide the highest quality of service to the guest at all times. - Clean and inspect all public areas to ensure cleanliness standards have are met and that all areas are guest ready. - Assist room attendants with heavy items such as mattresses and soiled linens. Deliver linens and necessary supplies to room attendants. - Collect trash throughout the hotel including: room attendant’s carts, vending areas, offices, trash receptacles, and restrooms. - Respond to guest requests such as delivery of housekeeping supplies (e.g. linens, cots, etc.) in a timely and efficient manner. - Shampoo carpet, strip and wax VCT floors, and steam clean ceramic tile throughout hotel on a regular basis. - Assists guests with front door and in unloading baggage from vehicles. - Assist in other minor maintenance tasks, such as cleaning filters, replacing light bulbs, checking pool chemicals, plunging toilets, changes batteries, etc. -...
