Summary Job Summary: The Video Teller provides support and service to new and existing Credit Union members using ITM digital video interactions. Provides a prompt and professional member experience while focusing on building and enhancing member relationships to foster financial peace of mind. This is a part-time opportunity with flexible shifts to support extended weekday and weekend hours. Available Shifts: - Monday – Friday: 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM (preference for availability through close at 9:00 PM) - Saturday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (preference for availability through close at 7:00 PM) - Sunday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Duties & Responsibilities: Duties and Responsibilities: - Determine member needs and educate them on appropriate beneficial products and services. - Follow verification procedures to protect member data, accounts, and personal information to ensure accuracy and security. - Provide quality service that exceeds members expectations by utilizing available resources to determine quick resolution and implementing creative problem-solving expertise. - Partner with internal and external departments to help resolve member inquires and issues to drive optimum resolutions. - Collabora...
