Help residents feel confident with everyday technology At Anglicare Sydney, we support older Australians to live with dignity, independence and connection. Technology plays an important role in that — and that’s where you come in. This role is about people first. You’ll spend your days helping residents feel comfortable and confident using everyday technology — patiently answering questions, explaining things simply, and providing hands-on technology assistance. This role would suit someone who has a strong ability to listen, reassure, explain and support. Your opportunity: Part-time (3 Days per week) | Onsite – Warriewood Brook Retirement Village As an IT Tech Bar Consultant , you’ll be the go-to technology support person for residents at our Warriewood Village. You’ll provide technical support, promote digital literacy, and build confidence in the use of everyday technology. By delivering patient, person-centred tech support, you’ll enhance the wellbeing and independence of those we serve.
