Job Purpose As a Bartender with Soho House, your role is to make sure that our members have an amazing experience every time. Possessing natural hospitality charm, we will give you a platform to connect, grow, have fun and make an impact Your main responsibilities are serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, food (when needed) and providing excellent service to members, creating memorable experiences. Other duties include mixing cocktails, preparing the bar for service and ensuring it is in pristine condition. Key Accountabilities: - To create a welcoming environment for members when they approach the bar. - To fulfil members’ drinks orders accurately and promptly in line with speed of service standards. - To enquire about any allergy or dietary requirements. - To verify the age of guests checking identification if necessary. - To possess a strong understanding of the drinks menu in order to make recommendations on pairings and any other specific member requests. - To enquiring if the members are satisfied with food or drink and following up to see if they need anything else. - To accommodate special requests where possible to creative a positive outcome which will result in...
