The Scope: We are looking for an engaged People Engagement Lead who brings solid expertise and a passion for FSC’s mission, to work with us in a multinational environment. The People Engagement Lead is a key architect of organisational engagement, resilience, culture, and change at FSC. This role goes beyond traditional HR or internal communications: it is about shaping how people experience FSC, how organisational resilience is strengthened, and how insight is translated into meaningful, sustainable action. As a core member of the People & Culture team, you will play a crucial role in enabling FSC’s success by combining change leadership, employee engagement, and resilience-focused people insights. You will design and implement engagement strategies grounded in FSC’s values, supporting adaptability, wellbeing, and sustained performance across the organisation.
