Job Summary: The Regional Sr. HR Manager oversees and directs all HR operations at their assigned site (San Diego or North Carolina) within the U.S. Region. Serving as a key internal HR liaison, this role delivers a range of HR services and consultative support to internal stakeholders, while working closely with and under the guidance of the Sr. HR Director. This is an onsite position based in Kannapolis, NC. Responsibilities: Provide strategic oversight of HR operations across multiple U.S. business units, ensuring alignment, consistency, and organizational impact. Partner with the Sr. HR Director to design and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives, industry best practices, and long-term workforce planning. ​Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR programs across payroll and benefits, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
