Role Responsibilities: - Determines ongoing entitlement to benefits and services related to the compensable injury - Provides compassionate and supportive services to injured workers to ensure a successful recovery and return to work - Builds strong and effective working relationships with all stakeholders - Manages case plans through a collaborative and dynamic approach which considers individual merits and circumstances.
