Job Description Position Summary: The primary responsibility of the Senior Sales Representative is to actively promote and sell our dairy technology solutions, driving adoption and commercial success within the assigned region. This role is responsible for acquiring new customers, expanding existing accounts, and positioning our products as key tools for improving dairy farm performance. The Sales Representative acts as a trusted technical and commercial advisor, combining strong scientific knowledge with a consultative sales approach. Working directly with dairy producers and key stakeholders, the role supports customers throughout the sales process – from lead generation and needs analysis, through product demonstrations and solution design, to closing deals and supporting early adoption in cooperation with Customer Success. This is a field-based role with strong involvement during new product launches and strategic commercial initiatives. The Sales Representative collaborates closely with internal teams to achieve regional sales targets and long-term business growth.
