Senior Director, Corporate Counsel - Energy Location: San Francisco, CA, Dallas, TX, Austin, TX, New York, NY, Ashburn, VA, Boston, MA Your Role: Digital Realty is seeking a Sr. Director, Corporate Counsel – Energy to join our global Legal, Risk, Sustainability & Compliance (LRSC) team. In this leadership role, you will serve as the in-house counsel dedicated to supporting Digital Realty’s energy and sustainability leadership teams, helping to shape and execute Digital Realty’s long-term energy strategy. You will provide strategic, business-minded legal counsel on complex energy transactions, regulatory frameworks, and infrastructure development across our global data center portfolio. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in electricity transactions, renewable energy procurement, and regulatory frameworks, coupled with strong commercial judgment and the ability to work seamlessly across functions and regions.
