Job description

Primary Responsibilities: - Supervise and develop outage scheduling personnel, including performance management, coaching, work prioritization, and individual development planning. - Own the development, maintenance, and publication of integrated, logic-tied, resource-loaded outage schedules for Unit 1 and Unit 2. - Lead schedule integration for refueling, forced, and maintenance outages, including pre-outage, execution, and post-outage schedule development. - Partner with station organizations to develop outage strategy, scope integration, system windows, work sequencing, and implementation plans for maintenance, surveillance, corrective, elective, and modification work. - Ensure outage schedules reflect plant risk, Technical Specification constraints, Maintenance Rule requirements, shutdown safety expectations, equipment out-of-service time, ALARA considerations, and available resources. - Review and challenge activity durations, logic ties, critical path assumptions, and resource estimates to maintain schedule credibility, resiliency, and execution readiness. - Establish and maintain outage restraint lists, schedule assumptions, and readiness trackers, including material, engine...
