Implementation Specialist P4 Who We Are: The Implementation team is responsible for delivering Implementation of the Solera product set across the country or region, defined by a unique Statement of Work (SoW) for each customer. The Role: We are looking for an Implementation Specialist, as part of the Professional Services team, who will be responsible for delivering Implementation of the Solera product set across the country or region. This role reports directly into Head of Implementation . What You’ll Do: - Support the pre-and-post sales process by recommending best practice use of the established Solera product set. - Technical customer facing expert, able to communicate clearly and easily with both business and technical contacts; ie customer workflow adaptation and API integration. - Gather all customer requirements to deliver a thorough and customer focused implementation and configuration strategy. - Ability to document test scenarios of configuration to support QA. - SME in a number of the Solera products, particularly understanding the configuration and integration capabilities. - Collaborate with both configuration and training to deliver customer requirements and the br...
