Summary of Position: The Program Coordinator assists the Club Director in the planning, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of quality and developmentally appropriate programs, activities, services, and special events for members. This position oversees the program and staff in the absence of the Director. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · Assist in the implementation and ongoing evaluation of developmentally appropriate programs and activities. · Provide supervision and discipline of members. · participating in program sessions. · Assists in the management of the teen programming and extended hours. · Work with program partners to provide additional programming opportunities to the club. ·...
