Role Summary Anthropologie is seeking a dynamic Associate Manager of Performance Influencer Marketing to shape and scale the activation strategy across our portfolio: Anthropologie, AnthroHome, AnthroWeddings, and Terrain. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of brand storytelling and data-driven growth. You will be responsible for building high-impact creator partnerships that drive measurable demand, new customer acquisition, and brand love. This is a highly cross-functional position requiring a blend of creative intuition, analytical rigor, and a "self-starter" mentality. We are looking for a collaborative strategist who is eager to innovate, test new platforms, and obsess over performance metrics. Whether you are negotiating a high-stakes contract or analyzing a campaign’s ROAS, you take pride in owning the end-to-end success of the influencer channel and evolving our strategy in a fast-paced, ever-changing social landscape.
