About this role Carrier Commercial Service is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee commercial mechanical focused on data centers. This role is responsible for the startup, commissioning, and warranty management of Carrier air- and water-cooled chillers. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, commissioning authorities, general contractors, and subcontractors. The job site is located in Montgomery, Alabama. However, travel from a nearby regional home location is acceptable—for example, Birmingham, AL; Atlanta, GA; Jackson, MS; Nashville, TN; etc. Please note that extensive travel, with several months spent on-site at the project jobsite, is required if the employee is not located in Birmingham. Key Responsibilities: Project Execution & Management: Lead startup, commissioning, and warranty processes for Carrier air- and water-cooled chillers in newly constructed data centers.
