Description Overview: As a Junior AOG Technician, you will build hands-on experience on world-class business jets alongside seasoned technicians. You will respond to real AOG events, develop your diagnostic skills rapidly, and grow into a highly capable field technician. What You Will Do: - Deploy with the AOG team to domestic and select international AOG events via commercial airline or company van - Perform hands-on maintenance, inspections, and repairs under the guidance of senior technicians - Assist with diagnosis and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and avionics discrepancies - Complete work orders, return-to-service documentation, and parts accounting accurately and on time - Maintain a professional demeanor when interfacing with clients and flight crews - Adhere strictly to safety protocols, quality standards, and manufacturer maintenance manuals - Travel up to 200 miles by vehicle from the assigned base location for AOG events; trips beyond 200 miles will be by flight - Use tools provided on site for maintenance and repair tasks What We Are Looking For: - Current FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certificate — required - 1–2 years of aviation maintenance experience...
