Job Description Overview: We are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel, Litigation & Labor and Employment to join our Legal team in Tampa, Miami, FL, Atlanta, GA. We are also open to other AtkinsRealis locations for the right candidate. This role reports to the Deputy General Counsel, Global Claims and Disputes, with a dotted reporting line to the Regional General Counsel for USLA and is responsible for leading the labor & employment compliance and commercial dispute resolution portfolio for AtkinsRéalis in the USA. This is a hybrid position that requires to be on-site at least 2 days a week. Your role: - Liaise with the US regional lawyers and business clients and provide day-to-day support on a wide range of labor & employment and dispute resolution issues, ensuring that appropriate dispute resolution strategies are put in place. - Draft legal documents, conduct legal research, prepare motion papers and pleadings as required. - Prepare case management reports, provide legal advice, including interpreting policies and procedures and recommending and/or evaluating company initiatives to minimize litigation risks for the company. - Support the company’s response to government inquiries and...
