Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 10:45pm - 7:15am. As a Behavioral Technician Lead (Internal Title: Community Living Instructor Lead) with Compass Health Network, you’ll support adults living with behavioral health challenges by guiding them in developing essential life, social, and wellness skills. You’ll lead activities and provide hands-on support that empowers individuals to live more independently and confidently in their community.
