Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 10 years of experience in data analytics, trust and safety, policy, cybersecurity, business strategy, or related fields. - 1 year of experience in people management, leading a team. Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree or PhD in a relevant field. - 7 years of experience in fraud/risk investigations, content operations, content moderation, policy enforcement, program management, operations management, process design or consulting. - 3 years of people management experience in an operations environment. - Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) and the ability to influence cross-functionally at various levels.
