Job Title BPE Finance Process Standards & Governance Job Description: In this role of Business Process Expert, you will ensure robust and compliant, Finance Standard Processes & Governance capabilities by owning the E2E process design, readiness, and adoption. Your role: 1. Process & Capability Ownership Own and evolve complex Finance Process Standards & Governance capabilities for Business, Region & Zones and Function organizations, ensuring alignment with compliance requirements (IFRS & Local GAAP). Define and maintain the Finance Process Standards & Governance capability roadmap , focusing on the proper embedding of the Finance processes in the S4 HANA template. Address Finance process pain points to be resolved in the design phase of the Finance Process Standards & Governance. 2. E2E Design & SAP Alignment Drive and Co-create fit-for-purpose Finance standard processes to be embedded in S4 HANA and the Philips Process Framework.
