Job description

Background Reporting directly to the Chief, Human Resources, the position supports the administration of fixed-term staff across the employment life cycle, including on-boarding, benefits and entitlements, payroll coordination, and separation. The incumbent serves as a key point of contact on employment conditions, ensuring accurate application of policies and procedures. The role contributes to HR data management, reporting, and system integrity (Quantum cloud-based ERP platform), while collaborating with finance and other stakeholders to ensure quality and compliance. It also supports host country protocol matters, provides guidance to support staff, and contributes to process improvements and effective delivery of HR services. Duties and Responsibilities: Under the direct supervision of the Chief, Human Resources Section, the incumbent will perform the following duties: 1.
