We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Business Scrum Lead to join our team. This role is located in Manchester . Role overview : The Business Scrum Lead drives agile delivery and business outcomes within a cross-functional business pod. Partnering closely with the Product Owner, stakeholders, and delivery teams, the Scrum Lead facilitates the agile ceremonies, manages flow of work (inclusive of delivering business initiatives), removes impediments, manages cross platform dependencies, and continuously improves the team’s way of working. This role blends agile coaching, delivery orchestration, and stakeholder management of business centric pods to ensure value is delivered with transparency, robust / predictable timelines in alignment with strategic priorities (OKRs).
