This position will extend our expertise through digital to consumers, patients and providers to improve their health journey by providing expertise in digital strategy, digital transformation and program management. This role will provide critical best practices for moving from a traditional operating model to an agile, Product Delivery operating model. Responsibilities: Provide expertise in product management, strategy, and digital transformation Best Practices. Provide guidance for moving multiple stakeholder teams toward an Agile Product methodology business model. Provide advice as needed on portfolio & project intake, prioritization, organizational design, team/role changes, business rhythms changes, meeting cadence changes, etc. Assist in executing a digital roadmap by removing blockers and supporting strategic initiatives.
