Position: Global Executive & Internal Communications Lead Location: Dallas, TX; Austin, TX Your Role: As Global Executive & Internal Communications Lead, you are responsible for shaping and delivering enterprise‑wide employee communications that drive alignment, clarity, and business impact across a global organization. Operating with significant autonomy and influence, you partner directly with the executive leadership team, including the COO, CFO, CTO, and CHRO, to define a unified global communications approach that supports corporate priorities and front‑line data center operations. This role sets strategy, owns execution, and continuously evolves global channels, governance, and capabilities to elevate how employees engage with and act on company priorities at scale.
