Position Summary: The Retail Buyer is responsible for the selection, purchasing, merchandising, and financial performance of tennis, pickleball, and fitness retail (hard and soft goods). This role combines strong product knowledge, vendor partnerships, financial accountability, and a member-focused service approach to create an exceptional retail experience that supports revenue and member satisfaction. Compensation for this position is: $27 - $35 per hour + commission.
