The Self Directed Community Support Professional works in accordance with service plans and individual interests of the people they support. The positioned is co-managed by the service recipient and their family along with the employing agency. Hourly Rate: $18.45 - $25.41*: *Higher rates are possible depending on the candidate and service receipient meeting certain criteria. The team at Racker will review rate expectations prior to offering the position.
