We are looking for a Custodian (9am – 5pm) to join our team and play an essential role keeping our building looking top rate to employees and customers that visit. You will be responsible for the daily cleaning/sanitation in the assigned area. What You’ll Do: - Sweep / vacuum floors in the assigned area. Run floor scrubber and/or mop floors in assigned area. Dispose of the daily trash in the assigned area. Wipe down handrails in assigned area. - Clean restrooms. Scrub walls in assigned area. - Remove trash from designated area. - Clean stairwells and handrails in designated areas. - Other duties as assigned. - Receive training by Sensient to operate a scissor lift. What You’ll Bring: The ability to read and write, drive electric floor scrubbers, lift pallets, push trash containers, wiping, vacuuming, hosing, and sweeping. Proven ability to perform on our worksite: Indoors/outdoors, hot, cold, noisy, exposure to color dust. Requires standing on metal grating, concrete, and ladders.
