The individual will play a pivotal role in defining product strategies, driving collaborative delivery, and ensuring clear alignment across diverse stakeholders in a complex organisational setting. What you’ll do: - Lead the product roadmap for smart services within the smart home and physical security landscape, ensuring a coherent Home App experience. - Define and advance the broadband connectivity web experience roadmap, shaping the product vision, priorities, and business‑driven requirements. - Manage and oversee the lifecycle and multi‑market sunset of a legacy mobile application. - Collaborate closely with commercial, technical, and operational teams to maintain alignment and shared understanding. - Ensure consistent communication and comprehensive documentation throughout all stages of the product lifecycle.
