YOUR ROLE: We are looking for a M365 Digital Workplace Expert to join our team in Lisbon (hybrid work) . Your main responsabilities will be: - Produce and update UX, adoption, and white‑label documentation for Workplace Products. - Manage the Workplace Adoption Network community and lead monthly meet‑ups. - Maintain and enhance the “One Workplace Experience” reference platform. - Design and implement user feedback loops to drive continuous improvement with Product Managers. - Support entities during Workplace Product deployments through training, change management, and coordination with IT Support and security teams.
