This role has direct leadership over engineering and operations with dotted-line influence over support functions (EHS, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR). You will be responsible for setting and executing a clear operational strategy, driving continuous improvement, cost optimization, and best-in-class manufacturing performance. With high visibility in the TE Medical Business Unit, this role plays a key part in achieving global business objectives while ensuring compliance, safety, and customer satisfaction.
