What We Are Looking For: We're looking for an AI Software Engineer to build and improve the data and service foundations behind Customer Journey Analytics. This is not a pure AI role and not a traditional big-data role — we want engineers who recognize that AI systems depend heavily on the quality of the platforms supporting them. You likely have: 3–5 years of hands-on experience with distributed systems, backend services, or data platforms. Experience with event streaming (Kafka, Flink, Kinesis, or similar) and data pipelines (Spark, Databricks, or comparable). Familiarity with production operations: Kubernetes, CI/CD, monitoring, alerting, and incident response. Strong engineering fundamentals (Java preferred; Python familiarity a plus).
