Groundskeeper

Job description

Under the direction of the Lead Groundskeeper and/or the department supervisor, provides groundskeeping, landscaping, and snow/ice removal. EDUCATION: Minimum: LICENSE: Minimum: - High School diploma or equivalent. - Valid NYS driver's license consistent with FLH Motor Vehicle Policy PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS: Preferred: SKILLS: Minimum: - Prior experience in groundskeeping/landscaping and use of grounds equipment. - Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions and established procedures. - Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and ability to deal with the public in a professional and courteous manner.
