Position Overview The Customer Service Advisor/Store Manager in Training is preparing to be a store manager which includes for the successful operation and profitability of a Grease Monkey center using customer and employee relations skills, business management techniques, and sound judgment. This is a working sales position. This positions focus is to grow sales of the store. This position requires experience changing oil, installing tires and selling auto services to customers.
