Our caregivers are the primary employees interacting with our senior residents every day to give them a good experience that promotes their health and well-being. Our caregiving team partners with other departments and leadership to resolve resident questions or concerns and to look for ways to continue improving our residents' experience. Here are a few of the daily responsibilities: - Support resident health by giving them high-quality assistance with personal care tasks including dressing & laundry, grooming, mobility, bathing, shaving, incontinence care, foot care, checking vital signs, and height and weight checks per policy. - Assist residents at mealtime by encouraging their dining, assisting them with their food, and partnering with kitchen staff to address resident needs. - Support resident engagement and ment...
