Title Meat Cutter Pay Grade: Non-Exempt Major Department: Meat/Seafood: Minor Department: Meat: Reports to: Department Manager, General Manager: Job Summary: Meat Cutter Team Members are responsible for providing customers with exceptional service. S/he is responsible for advising and preparing orders for customers based on the information from the service counter clerks and manager. They are responsible for the highest level of execution in regards to cutting and preparing meat product in addition to receiving, inspecting, storage, rotating the product. As a team member of Pete’s Fresh Market it is important that Pete’s Four Pillars of Value, Aesthetic, Quality, and Customer Service are always exemplified.
