About the Role: The Project Director of Clinical Services will be supporting and traveling to Acadia facilities around the country to provide clinical leadership. The Project DCS at facilities that have a vacancy and/or will provide periodic extended onsite support to an interim leader and will help to facilitate a smooth transition once a permanent clinical leader is hired. This role is responsible for directing, planning, coordinating, monitoring and supervising the effective and efficient use of the operations of clinical services, other departments and the delivery of behavioral health/nursing services in a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
