Job Description Summary: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and structural repairs to support the operation and upkeep of poultry farm facilities. This role involves servicing multiple farm sites and ensuring that buildings, systems, and equipment remain in safe and optimal working condition. The position is primarily Monday through Friday, with all tools, equipment, and vehicles provided by the company. Job Description: Applicants are not allowed to own any kind of birds due to the risk of possible disease transmission. Key Responsibilities: - Perform basic mechanical repairs on plumbing, lighting, heating, air conditioning, and other building systems. - Install, maintain, and repair poultry farm equipment, including chain feed systems, line auger feed systems, Rotem controllers, watering systems, ventilation systems, generators, wells, and septic systems. - Conduct building repairs, such as working with chicken wire, repairing wooden structures, replacing electrical and plumbing fixtures, cutting Plexiglas to fit aluminum frames, and performing routine maintenance. - Grease and service equipment, check functionality, a...
