Description The Department of Graphic Communications in the Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business at Clemson University is accepting applications for a full-time, nine-month, non-tenure-track Clinical Associate Professor beginning August 15, 2026 . The position is term-limited and renewable annually based on performance and funding. Summer teaching, professional engagement, or other compensated activities may be available depending on departmental needs and university policies. This position teaches in-person undergraduate courses each semester (fall and spring). Courses emphasize experiential learning and hands-on projects, frequently with industry partners. The role contributes primarily to the Graphic Communications curriculum and supports applied interdisciplinary instruction, including courses or modules that connect brand strategy to the production and implementation of visual communication across print, packaging, and digital media. Faculty are expected to help evolve curriculum in response to emerging industry practices and production technologies.
